Michael Chesser, M.D. is a board certified neurologist who has had a longstanding interest in the assassination of President Kennedy. When he attended the AARC meeting in Bethesda in 2014 he was encouraged to request permission to view the autopsy materials at the Archives. He was approved to view the autopsy materials, and he initially viewed the original autopsy cranial x-rays and the computer enhanced x-ray films prepared for the HSCA. Subsequently he viewed the autopsy photographs and most recently viewed the digital autopsy images which were prepared for the ARRB by Kodak.
